ISL Groop 3.0.2 for Windows, Mac and Linux (2014-03-20)

General Information

On 20th of March the following was released:

• ISL Groop 3.0.2 for Windows (release_date=2014-03-19, revision=33483, platform=win32, os_version=0x5010000-0x7fffffff)
• ISL Groop 3.0.2 for Linux 32bit (release_date=2014-03-19, revision=33483, platform=linux)
• ISL Groop 3.0.2 for Linux 64bit (release_date=2014-03-19, revision=33483, platform=linux64)
• ISL Groop 3.0.2 for Macintosh (release_date=2014-03-19, revision=33483, platform=mac, os_version=0xa0600-0xaffff)

All updates have release date set to 2014-03-19. Your ESS will need to be same or higher to be able to update your server. This release is available to all countries except Japan.

ISL Groop - Desktop - Crackling sound in version 3.0.0 [ISLGROOP-356] More

Description

Users may have experienced crackling of sound while in ISL Groop session. The audio playback was optimized by changing playback buffer. Users should no longer experience sound crackling.

The defect was fixed.

ISL Groop - Desktop - Windows XP - sound not working [ISLGROOP-420] More

Description

Audio was not working inside ISL Groop application if users had Windows XP operating system. The issue was that the audio device was not captured correctly by the application. The capture functionality was redesigned, audio devices are correctly captured and audio should now work correctly inside ISL Groop application on Windows XP operating system.

The defect was fixed.

ISL Groop - Desktop - Windows XP - audio settings not working [ISLGROOP-423] More

Description

ISL Groop Audio setting on Windows XP did not work correctly. The issue was with the playback and recording device enumeration. The ids of devices were stored as a string value instead as a binary value. The enumeration functionality was redesigned, it stores the binary value of enumerated device ids which fixes the issue.

The defect was fixed.

ISL Groop - Desktop - Windows settings location in registry is wrong  [ISLGROOP-426] More

Description

ISL Groop settings were stored in wrong registry location. Previusly the setting were saved under HKCU/Software/ISL Online/ . The storing location was changed so they are now saved correctly under HKCU/Software/ISL Online/ISL Groop 2/.

The defect was fixed.
