Update availability
All updates have release date set to 2015-04-28. Your ESS will need to be same or higher to be able to update your server. This release is available to all countries except Japan.

This are server side updates so hosted service users do not need to do anything.

Important: Installation of ISL Conference Proxy 4.2.2 on Windows 2003 operating system will show the following warning inside ISL Conference Proxy configuration page:
- ISL CP: RW locks are not avaiable on Windows 2003 Server! This will result in drastic performance drop. Please update your OS to Windows 2008 or later.

DescriptionOne of the functions needed for GRID synchronization was accidentally removed with previously released ISL Conference Proxy. The function was added and synchronization should work correctly.

ISL Conference Proxy - All internal modules - rw mutex API disabled on windows (DEFECT) [ISLCONFPROXY-760] More
DescriptionISL Conference Proxy which was installed on Windows environment could only perform sequential queries on direct tables database back-end due to mutex not working correctly. Mutex was redesigned, queries are now executed in parallel which improves performance of database on Windows environment.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Conference Proxy - Core - dump RW locks missing to log and conf on Windows 2003 (DEFECT) [ISLCONFPROXY-765] More
DescriptionISL Conference Proxy on Windows 2003 does not support parallel execution of queries on internal database. All queries are executed sequentially thus reducing performance. Users will see the following error when ISL Conference Proxy is installed on Windows 2003:
- ISL CP: RW locks are not avaiable on Windows 2003 Server! This will result in drastic performance drop. Please update your OS to Windows 2008 or later.
The same entry can also be seen inside ISL Conference Proxy log file.
- ISL AlwaysOn
ISL AlwaysOn - Module - Web interface version 3 does not use ISL WebStart (DEFECT) [ISLALWAYSON-788] More
DescriptionISL AlwaysOn web interface version 3 did not support ISL WebStart option to connect to remote computer. The option to start connecting using ISL WebStart was added to ISL AlwaysOn web interface.
The defect was fixed.
ISL AlwaysOn - Module - Cannot find ISL AlwaysOn blob (DEFECT) [ISLALWAYSON-797] More
DescriptionPrevious version of web interface had a link for downloading ISL AlwaysOn from which users could obtain the grant blob. In the new version the link was replaced with javascript function which eliminated the option to view the grant blob. Javascript function was again replaced with link which includes the blob.
The defect was fixed.
ISL AlwaysOn - Module - Trying to grant access through code in ISL AlwaysOn program fails (DEFECT) [ISLALWAYSON-806] More
DescriptionUsers were unable to add grant connection for a user by entering session code inside ISL AlwaysOn program. The issue was that the session code did not correctly resolve user on server thus connection grant was not added. Functionality was redesigned, users are again able to add grant connection by entering session code.
The defect was fixed.

ISL Pronto - Module - Resume chat button does not work if eye catcher is disabled (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-592] More
DescriptionResume chat button stopped working in case eye catcher widget was disabled and user minimized the chat, then restore it and after that closed it. At this point user was unable to open chat anymore. Eye catcher widget was redesigned and does no longer affect opening chat.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Module - Live dashboard broken on IE 8 (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-606] More
DescriptionISL Pronto live dashboard was not working when Internet Explorer 8 was used. The issue was in javascript error which stopped execution. The error was resolved, live dashboard should be working correctly when Internet explorer 8 is used.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Module - auto assigned operator does not have permission to join chat sometimes (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-609] More
DescriptionIn some cases when chat auto-assignment scheme was set and chat was assigned to a supporter, the supported could not join chat and instead a request was sent for permission to join chat. The issue was in GRID environment when a chat object was set on one server and supporter tried to access this object on second server however the chat object was not synchronized yet. Process of operator joining was redesigned, operator retries the join chat operation in order to give time so the chat object is synchronized also on other server.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Module - Operator custom fields (from ISL Pronto) are not compatible/safe with Chat custom fields (registration form) (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-611] More
DescriptionIf operator used custom field for ISL Pronto program and client started the chat using inpagechat, the values that were set inside ISL Pronto program were not saved to chat object on server. Saving custom field from ISL Pronto program was redesigned, the fields are now correctly stored to chat object.

ISL Pronto - Module - Starting a chat results in errors in ICP log (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-613] More
DescriptionStarting an inpage chat resulted in errors in ISL Conference Proxy log file ( exception while polling for data ... ). The issue was in exception handling, which was redesigned and now handles exception correctly thus eliminating errors in ISL Conference Proxy log.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Module - Calling islpronto/chat/get/single/1 results in error in ICP log (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-614] More
DescriptionUsers may have found ISL Conference Proxy log entries with invalid dbid error. The issue was that chat object included ids of users who are not present on ISL Conference Proxy ( anonymouse users ) thus requesting info for that users resulted in invalid dbid error. Users which are not present on ISL Conference Proxy are now omitted when requesting supporter info.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Module - InPage Chat Widget does not support force filter and filter list does not work correctly (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-615] More
DescriptionInpage chat did not have support for forcing a specific filter. Push API settings for inpagechat was redesigned, forcing filters or selecting filters is now divided into two settings:
filter -> specifying which filter to force for the chat
filterList -> specifying which filters are available in dropdown menu
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Module - Widget closes chat when lam is false and page is refreshed (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-617] More
DescriptionInpagechat widget closed chat if leave a message setting was enabled and page was refreshed. After starting a new chat the client got reconnected to old chat. Joining chat when leave a message setting is enabled was redesigned, refreshing webpage will not resolve in closed chat anymore.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Module - If InPage Chat is disabled in ISL Pronto settings and server is not rebooted, aprox. 100 lines/sec are written in ICP log (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-618] More
DescriptionIf users changed Enable new ISL Pronto in-page chat webapi2 setting to No ( ISL Conference Proxy Configuration page -> ISL Pronto ) and the server was not rebooted, this resulted in approximately 100 lines of entries per second written in ISL Conference Proxy log. Setting for disabling in-page chat webapi2 was redesigned, disabling it will no longer spawn entries in ISL Conference Proxy log.

ISL Pronto - Module - sometimes the proxy between supporter and inpage chat dies (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-619] More
DescriptionIn some cases supporter could not see client that joined chat using inpage chat. The issue was that sometimes the connection between supporter and client was broken. Proxy between supporter and inpage chat was redesigned, supporter should see chats that were started on inpage chat.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Module - inpage chat client gets a new chat when 'load balanced' to a different server (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-620] More
DescriptionIn some cases load balancer decided that a different server is better for a client thus all webapi2 calls from client were forwarded to the new server. If the server was not handling that chat or client domain a new chat on second server was created. This could lead to confusing states of chat. The process was redesigned, if a request comes to a server which does not handle the chat or client domain it will then proxy this request to a server that handles them.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Module - Dashboard API calls lock chat creation on TV Azteca servers (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-620] More
DescriptionIf someone opened ISL Pronto dashboard and there was a lot of data to query all other websites did not open due to dasboard API call blocking other web hits. The issue was in ISL Conference Proxy on Windows platform which did not execute queries in parallel. The queries are now executed in parallel, eliminating blocking of other web hits.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Module - Error in confproxy log file when typing in inpage chat (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-622] More
DescriptionClient typing in inpage chat resulted in already executed error in ISL Conference Proxy log file. The issue was that a property was set on chat object which was already executed in the previous event. The already executed error was removed for ISL Conference Proxy log.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Module - Lots of errors when enabling client assignment scheme (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-625] More
DescriptionWhen inpage chat was integrated on website and client assignment scheme was set to least busy ( ISL Pronto settings on ISL Conference Proxy ) the log was filled with webapi2 errors ( error in function call ) if the supporters were not available. Automatic answering was redesigned, no operators available will no longer cause any errors in webapi2.
The defect was fixed.
