How much does one connection cost?

One ISL Online license allows one CONCURRENT user.

However, with one ISL Online license you can:

  • Run ISL Online software on an unlimited number of computers or mobile devices.
  • Create an unlimited number of operators which may host a session.
  • Connect to an unlimited number of clients and provide remote support.

Which licensing limitations does ISL Online have?

ISL Online doesn't limit the number of installations, computers, users, sessions that you wish to have. The only limitation is the number of concurrent users. Example: Let's say, your company purchases 3 ISL Online licenses. All of your employees can install and use ISL Online software, but only 3 of them can host a remote desktop session at THE SAME TIME.

Can I purchase tax-free?

Can I get a free trial of the self-hosted version?

Do you offer a free version?

No, we do not provide a free version of our software. We do offer a 15 day fully functional free trial. If you'll need additional time to decide, we can extend your trial for another 15 days. After that, you can decide on a licensing plan that suits you best.

Can you extend my trial?

Yes, we can extend your free trial for another 15 days or 30 days for server license trial.

How do I get an invoice?

After purchasing licenses from our online shop, customers can find an invoice in their ISL Online web dashboard, except for those based in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, who will receive the invoice from our local office or partner. Customers purchasing directly through our local offices or partners will receive an invoice from them. All other customers will receive their invoice within two working days.

What happens to my remaining minutes if I renew PayPerUse?

Your newly bought minutes will be added to your remaining minutes, even if your old PPU has already expired.

OR

If you order a new PPU before your PPU expires, you will have 500 minutes + all the remaining minutes of your old coupon + 12 months. If you order a new PPU after your old PPU has expired, you will have 500 new minutes remaining for the next 12 months.
