Step 1
Click "Pause" from the session drop-down menu.
Note: Paused sessions do not take up a license. For more information regarding how licenses are used, see License Usage.
Step 2
The session has been paused.
To connect back to this session, continue to Step 3.
Note: Paused sessions can be resumed from another computer. If the operator is on a mobile device the resume function is not supported.
Step 3
Click "Resume" to connect to the session, by downloading ISL Light.
Step 4
Click "Open file" to run ISL Light.
Step 5
Enter your ISL credentials and click "Login".
Step 6
The session will restart and you can now continue to control the remote computer.
