ISL Network Start is used almost anytime an executable is downloaded from ISL Conference Proxy servers to Windows or Mac OS client. Instead of the fully sized executable file (e.g. ISL Light) a much smaller executable file is download containing the initial options. Once you run the executable only the necessary information is downloaded from ISL Conference Proxy and the desired program is launched.
Note: When downloaded the size of the ISL Light.exe file is only 518 KB
The rest of the program is downloaded after you click "Run".
