The ISL Light Freshdesk integration can be installed from the Freshworks Marketplace.
Step 1
Find the ISL Light application in the Freshworks Marketplace: https://www.freshworks.com/apps/
Step 2
Click “Install”
Step 3
Head to your Freshdesk dashboard, then head to “Admin” in the left sidebar.
From here, you can head to “Support Operations” → “Apps”. Then click “Manage Apps”. The ISL Online app should be listed here, please ensure that it's enabled.
Step 4
The integration is now installed. You can head to a Freshdesk ticket, and the ISL Online application should be visible in the sidebar on the right.
