Defect fixes

ISL Light - Desktop - wrong detection of user active [ISLLIGHT-1071] More

Description

Users may have experienced user control switching back and forth between local user and remote user when connected to a remote computer with VMware Agent installed on their system. The issue only happened when remote user moved the mouse for more then 50 pixels from original position. In that case the remote user lost control , as the mouse move event was injected as it was done locally. This events are now processed differently, control switching should no longer happen.
