Can I import my company logo into the ISL Light GUI if I use hosted service?

One way is to send us an e-mail with the desired logo and we make a customization for you - please refer to this topic in the ISL Light manual. This is the recommended approach.

How can I get my own branded ISL Online Access Point such as https://company.islonline.net?

Can I make a simple "join page" where a user enters a session code and clicks Connect?

Yes - please refer to Web Integration topic in the ISL Light manual, specifically the ConnectBox section where you will find sample code for this.

I created a customization with a company logo on my server, downloaded the ISL Light Client executable and noticed that my logo is not shown. Can you please help?

Logo image must be BMP type, maximum size 350 * 80 pixels. Any other format will not work.

How do I add a simple session code input field to my website?

Please refer to the ConnectBox section in our manual where you will find sample code to achieve this.

If I publish a link to the ISL Light Client executable on our website, will our customers realize that they are leaving my website or can it be a flawless transition? In fact, do they then ever leave my website and enter yours as a part of the execution?

They will probably not realize where they are downloading the file from. However, you can also download the file from our website and publish it on your website - not only the link, but the file itself. Customers do not need to visit ISL Online website at all if you publish the file on your website. You should update the file regularly in order to have the latest version, which is not the case with the link, as they are always the same.

Is there a version of ISL Light Client without any plugins for clients with limited bandwidth?

There is no special ISL Light Client without plugins, but you can disable plugins for a specific user.

For Hosted service, please navigate to www.islonline.com, login at "My Account" and select Users / Additional ISL Online user / Limitations. Note: Limitations can be changed for Additional ISL Online users only. 

For Server License: Login to ISL Conference Proxy administration (http://localhost:7615/conf), select User management / Users / User and then Plugins tab. Disable unwanted plugins (usually audio & video, possibly also file transfer) and press "Save" at the bottom of the page.
