Note: ISL Light 4.0.4 for Linux was the last version to support 32-bit kernels.
Chrome OS
ISL Online provides remote viewing (but not remote control) of Chrome OS devices with the Android subsystem installed. On the other hand, Chrome OS users (with the Android subsystem installed) can access, view and control any Windows, Mac or Linux remote computer.

Supported connection methods:
ISL Light can work with any of the following methods:
- direct outgoing TCP/IP connection to TCP port 7615 on ISL Conference Proxy server
- WININET HTTPS connection to TCP port 443 on ISL Conference Proxy server
- WININET HTTP connection to TCP port 80 on ISL Conference Proxy server
- direct HTTPS connection to TCP port 443 on ISL Conference Proxy server
- direct HTTP connection to TCP port 80 on ISL Conference Proxy server
Timeout for a specific connection method is 20 seconds for connection establishment - so total timeout for connection is less than 1 minute.
Supported network types:
ISL Light supports any of the following:
- a computer with a static public IP
- a computer with a dynamic public IP
- a computer in a private network behind a firewall with a public IP performing NAT
- a computer in a private network behind a http proxy offering http and/or https protocols
Supported connection types
ISL Online automatically selects the most effective connection type, either by establishing a session tunnel directly between the local and remote device (direct connection) or through a routed connection (standard connection).
Direct Connection
For direct connection to work, the following two domains must be accessible/whitelisted:
- stun.cloudflare.com (port 3478/udp)
- turn.cloudflare.com (port 3478/udp)
Standard Connection
For standard connection to work, no special configuration is needed. In case you are running ISL Light in a restricted environment, one of the Supported connection methods must be allowed for ISL Light to work.
