On 24th of November 2015 the following was released:

- ISL Pronto 2.3.0 for Linux64 (release_date=2015-11-23, revision=43383, platform=linux64)
All updates have release date set to 2015-11-23. Your ESS will need to be same or higher to be able to update your server. This release is available to all countries except Japan.
ISL Pronto 2.3.0 uses Libs 43150

DescriptionAdded support for preventing scrolling to the end of chat on new chat entry. If operator scrolls up in the chat content new chat entry will no longer scroll to the end of the chat instead it will remain in the same position. If operator then decides to follow the chat, operator only has to scroll to the bottom of the page.
ISL Pronto - Deskop - Add support for hiding clients that do not match filter (FEATURE) [ISLPRONTO-301] More
DescriptionAdded support for hiding clients that do not match supporters filter. If supporter has filter set and client comes to chat with different filter, then the supporter will not see this client.
To enable hiding of client, users have to set the following setting on ISL Conference Proxy to No:

DescriptionAdded support for starting installed ISL Light when clicking Remote desktop button inside ISL Pronto application. In case ISL Light is not installed, ISL Pronto will download ISL Light Desk.
Users can also set that ISL Pronto does not use installed ISL Light and the setting is located in ISL Pronto settings under Remote Desktop:

DescriptionISL Pronto application no longer supports Windows 2000 operating system.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - Status doesn't change to unavailable after timeout on linux (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-202] More
DescriptionOn Linux operating system status of supporter did not change to unavailable after defined timeout of inactivity. Support for checking inactivity was added and status is now correctly changed after inactivity.

DescriptionISL Pronto icon was now shown correctly ( it included gray dots ). Icon was replaced.

ISL Pronto - Desktop - Identical message strings are not displayed in ISL Pronto (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-437] More
DescriptionIf user entered identical message really fast in Inpage chat the supporter did not receive all those messages, some of them were skipped. Sending messages from client was redesigned, supporter should now receive all messages.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - Program crashes on exit sometimes (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-503] More
DescriptionIn some cases ISL Pronto application crashed after exiting application if before exiting a chat was opened. The issue was that exit functionality did not correctly handle opened chat. Exit functionality was redesigned and the application should no longer crash.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - Added files keep reshowing in chat (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-507] More
DescriptionIn some cases there were multiple chat lines for downloading a file. Internally user left and rejoined the chat thus the chat line for download was shown again. Creating file download link was redesigned, it includes additional id to prevent showing the same line multiple times.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - Notifications for same chat line keeps showin (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-508] More
DescriptionIn some cases notifications for new line in chat was shown multiple times for the same chat line. The issue was that internally user left and rejoined the chat thus notification was shown. Functionality for showing notifications was redesigned, it now includes a check whether notification was already displayed or not which prevents showing the same notification multiple times.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - Remove deprecated proactive client from program (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-509] More
DescriptionRemoved visitors view and setting for displaying proactive clients due to obsolete functionality.

ISL Pronto - Desktop - Custom fields set via JSON are too narrow (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-599] More
DescriptionCustom fields view in ISL Pronto application was too narrow. ISL Pronto user interface was redesigned and custom fields view should show the content correctly.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - custom data for chat can not be set if client left chat (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-641] More
DescriptionUsers who had custom fields enabled could not edit the values of them if client left chat. Custom field functionality was redesigned, operator is now able to change custom fields value even if client already left the chat.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - update custom fields on chat close ignoring timeout (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-644] More
DescriptionCustom fields values were not saved in case operator chose different values right before closing the chat. Storing custom values was redesigned, the values should be now stored correctly even if chat is closed right after changing the value.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - Set status to unavailable if inactive does not work on win10 (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-655] More
DescriptionISL Pronto did not change status of supporter to unavailable in case of inactivity on Windows 10 computers or when locking the desktop. Event checking was redesigned, ISL Pronto will now correctly switch operator status to unavailable in case users locks desktop, screensaver is turned on or if users is inactive for the time defined in settings.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - user list rebuild is using too much cpu because it is sorting data on every run (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-737] More
DescriptionPrevious version of ISL Pronto used a lot of CPU in case there were a lot of supporters in the list of users and a lot of changes ( answering chats, switching status, ... ). Functionality for showing list of users was redesigned and is now optimized for larger lists thus reducing CPU usage.
The defect was fixed.
ISL Pronto - Desktop - ISL Pronto crashes after machines wakes up on Mac OS X (DEFECT) [ISLPRONTO-753] More
DescriptionIn some cases ISL Pronto application crashed on OSX machine after machine went to sleep and was powered back on. The issue was in establishing connection after computer sleep. Connect functionality was redesigned and application no longer crashes.
The defect was fixed.
